Thanks to Proposition BB, which lets Colorado keep the extra tax revenues it makes on pot, the state has decided to give $2.9 million of its $66 million surplus to 50 schools across the state for bullying prevention programs. Each selected school will get grants of up to $40,000 for a year to make their campuses nicer and safer places.
