How One State Is Planning to Use Marijuana to Stop Bullying in Schools

Thanks to Proposition BB, which lets Colorado keep the extra tax revenues it makes on pot, the has decided to give $2.9 million of its $66 million surplus to 50 schools across the state for bullying prevention programs. Each selected school will get grants of up to $40,000 for a year to make their campuses nicer and safer places.
