PLATTSBURGH — Revenue from the sale of medical marijuana in Clinton County is slowly climbing, but remains minuscule, and future growth is uncertain. The county received $535.31 for the first quarter of this year, the highest total for a quarter since Columbia Care began distributing marijuana in January 2016.”It is nice to get this extra revenue, but we are not going to rely on this as a major income source,” said Legislator Mark Dame (R-Area 8, City and Town of Plattsburgh), who chairs the county’s Finance Committee.
